Mixed Vegetable Dist. System

The Mixed Vegetable Distribution System is used to evenly, efficiently and continuously produce a mixture of whatever variety and quantity of vegetables the customer needs to combine.

Vegetable Saw

The system is manually fed with the operator orienting and positioning the cob onto the roller conveyor. The conveyor takes the vegetable to the cutting heads where it is cut to a size based on the customer's specifications. The cut length is easily changed through the use of replaceable arbors

Sweet Corn Husker

The Husker is used to detach and dispose of the husk from around the sweet corn ear as well as any field trash brought in. Our huskers offer up a variety of roll configurations to best fit customers husking needs.

Raw Product Air Cleaner

Hughes two varieties of Raw Product Air Cleaners are used on various unprocessed products such as unhusked corn, beans and other vegetables. Through the use a multiple drop system the units separate out both light trash and heavy debris, creating a cleaner processing flow.
